The 2023 NFL Pools

Pool 1- The MNF 5 cents a second pool 

Cost $55 for the regular season 18 contests. No skill needed – 60 spots avail 

Where the game score doesn’t matter, the winner is game time remaining each quarter when the score happens.
See available spots for 2023 below along with 2022 results. 
The pool runs for 18 weeks, starting with Week 1 and with every Monday game after, (week 18 is on Sunday). There are 60 spots available, one for every second in a minute. (The :00 start times are different each contest but the names will always stay in same order). Payout will be 5 cents for every second you have the winning time. Example– the first score of the game occurs at the 12:38 mark, the person who is on the :38 time starts to win 5 cents every second till the next score. It never matters what the score of the game is.

Pool 2 -“39” Point Pool   SOLD OUT
Cost $60 for the season. No skill needed – 32 spots avail 

you get 1 team chosen at random, if in any game the total points for BOTH teams add up to “39” Then Both players share the pot. PAYOUT is $103 per week. Winning team gets $52, losing team $51. If No 39’s the pot rolls over. see more rules below.

Cost $185 for the entire regular season

Pick all the games, NO point spread & rank the games in order of confidence (16-1)
This game has 3-4 winners each week depending on entries, including some money for Final Standings.

Pick 5 games a week WITH point spreads, and ranking the games 5,4,3,2,1
This game only pays out for final standing at end of season
This game will have maybe 3-5 winners in all depending on entries, also last place prize too.

These are Your Basic survivor pools but 4 winners each pool, see below**.

**In each of the survivor pools there will be up to 4 winners
For example: Once the pool is down to 4 players (*or less) there will be prizes for each of them.
continued example: If there were 6 players remaining and there was $700 in the pool,
then the next week 3 were eliminated prize payout would be 130, 220, 350.
However if the pool dropped from 6 players to 2 players then the payouts would be 250, 450.
And so on & so on.

More MNF 5 cents rules

Does not pay 0-0 to start game. Payout starts after 1st score, **the time from the start of game till 1st score goes to whoever is on the number for the last Score of the game. No payout for seconds in any OT. On TD’s payout starts after xtra point is attempted cuz no time is used on xp.
**rule clarification for ot games- The seconds accumulated at beginning of game goes to the last team to score in the OT. There may be a situation where the last score in regulation is when time expires at :00 and will not win any money because someone scores in OT. This is because there is no money accumulated in OT. If no score in OT it reverts to the last score in regulation.   
There will be a random number generator before the 1st week on someone’s iPhone. Will ask to put #’s 1-60 in random order and the first 18 numbers will be used for the 18 weeks to show where :00 starts. So nobody will have the same time more than once.
This pool pays out $180 each contest. This pool pays your winnings at the end of the year. If a game gets cancelled for any reason after the time has been selected, those times STAY for the replacement game. If a Monday game gets canceled than it will be replaced by the next game scheduled to play.

More 39 point rules

You Get 1 team chosen at random. If in any game the total points for BOTH teams add up to 39, the game is a winner and both teams share the pot.
If there are no 39’s in a week the pot rolls over. Payout is $100 per week to be split by winning teams.
**End of year TIEBREAKER
If there are no “39”‘s in week 18 the following applies:
There will be 1 set of winners for every week there is a rollover.
Winners will be selected in this matter,
Any games whose total points end in a 9 (eg. 9, 19, 29, 49, 59 etc..in that order) that means 19 beats out 49 for example.
IF no games end in a 9, then it will be closest in total points to 39 will be next determination.
